Song of Peace

Nieuwe muziek in de mail: 'Song of Peace' van Jean Sibelius, hier gezongen door de prachtige groep Voces8. De dirigente legt uit dat er in de kerk te Bilthoven discussie is of er wel een kerstnachtdienst kan zijn op kerstavond met deze oorlog in Gaza. Zij heeft toen dit lied ingebracht, en nu mag het wel.

This is my song, O God of all the nations,

A song of peace for lands afar and mine.
